Community leadership

Leadership Qualifications

Spiritual and moral standards for Tres Dias Portugal community leadership.

"Without holiness no one will see the Lord."— Hebrews 12:14

All who serve in Tres Dias community leadership — including team members, secretariat members, and committee members — are called to live lives marked by repentance, obedience, and holiness. Therefore, those who serve must not consciously persist in behaviours contrary to God's will.

What Is Considered Rebellion

Rebellion is understood as the continued practice of or advocacy for behaviours that clearly contradict biblical teaching. These behaviours include, but are not limited to:

Alcohol or drugs

Ongoing dependence on alcohol or illegal drugs.

Criminal activity

Continued involvement in criminal activity that knowingly violates civil law.

Sexual immorality

Including pornography, sexual relationships outside of marriage, or rejection of God's created design for gender and marriage.

The occult

Involvement in occult practices or Satanic worship.

Allegiance against Christ

Open allegiance to non-Christian religions or organizations that deny the deity of Jesus Christ.

The Spirit of these Guidelines

Tres Dias leadership does not demand perfection, but rather humble repentance, submission to Christ, and a sincere pursuit of holiness. We believe these guidelines protect the integrity of the ministry and honour the pilgrims who place their trust in our community.
